Welcome to DevelopTT
Trinidad and Tobago's online portal for development permitting, branded DevelopTT, was launched in March 2020 and is an undertaking of the Ministry of Planning and Development in collaboration with the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
Through
the DevelopTT portal, the development application and approval
processes are transformed by replacing the paper-based system of
submitting applications for planning permissions, building permits,
completion certificates and many of the other property development
approvals required, with online/electronic submissions and processing.
Applicants are guided through the process of obtaining permissions
across multiple agencies in a seamless approach, which will
ensure that the right documents and information are submitted at
each step, thereby enhancing the overall efficiency of the process. Click

To improve the way government services for land and building
development are delivered to the public while providing greater
information and interaction to anyone involved in the planning
process; from homeowners to state agencies, to businesses and land
and building professionals in Trinidad and Tobago.

To efficiently deliver to customers a first-class online application
submission and review system. To ensure that applicants have easy
access to information and application statuses anywhere and anytime,
from any device. We aim to achieve this by collaborating with the
agencies involved in the construction permitting process.
